First quarter 2002 reports were <br />received in the DMG office on November 15, 2002. Inspection was conducted on 2/11/02. No <br />additional material was added to either pile during first quarter 2002. The mine is in temporary <br />cessation. No problems were noted in the report <br />Second quarter 2002 Waste PIle inspection report was reviewed. Second quarter 2002 reports were <br />received in the DMG office on November 15, 2002. Inspection was conducted on 5/09/02. No <br />additional material was added to either pile during First quarter 2002. The mine is in temporary <br />cessation. No problems were noted in the report <br />Third quarter 2002 Waste Pile inspection report was reviewed. Third quarter 2002 reports were <br />received in the DMG office on November 15, 2002. Inspections were conducted on 8/28/02. No <br />additional material was added to either pile during fast quarter 2002. The mine is in temporary <br />cessation. No problems were noted in the report <br />Fourth quarter 2002 Waste Pile inspection report has not been submitted to the Division at this time <br />
