The mining for this vear was back into the originally permitted acreage in an area located south
of the processing plant (where we had been mining lust previous to mining the amendment
acreage). We currently have active mining operations in this area, and will continue in this area
for at least another vear. We have toosoiled and seeded the area we mined last vear. The
seeding is per the seed mix in the permit. Please see the attached map for areas.
