Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date
ofsubmittal determined in consultation with the permittee. The annual hydrologic report shall
contain at a minimum:
The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submittal by March 30th [Permit
Application Package (PAP) page 2-122]. The report was received in the Division of Minerals and
Geology (Division) on January 9, 2004. It is a letter report, J. E. Stover & Associates,
January 7, 2004.
Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(i): Water quantity data obtained from each monitoring site during the water
year;
The report states that there was no discharge from the sediment pond. The report is submitted for a
calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 4-86). Copies of Colorado Discharge Monitoring
Reports (CDMR), submitted to the Division quarterly, are included by reference.
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(ii): Water quality data obtained from each monitoring site during the wader year;
and
The report states that there was no discharge from the sedimentation pond. The report is submitted
for the calendar year in-lieu-of water year (PAP page 2-122).
Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(iii): !f required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and
identifacation of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance.
The report is incompliance with this rule. The Division required no written interpretation ofthe data.
The PAP (page 4-86) requires comments on the sediment pond discharges, water consumption, and
irrigation of the reclaimed site. The report is in compliance with these permit requirements.
