M-77-208 <br />1995-1996 <br />The purpose of this repon is to comply with the Mined Land Reclamation Act of 1976, Statute 34- <br />32-112 of House Bill No. 1065. This report follows the requirements covering annual reports in <br />the Rules and Regulations of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd, Section 2,4. The petmit <br />for the Lyons Qwatry was issued on June 4, 1978. <br />This report shows the areas partially reclaimed, continuing operations and the new azeas opened up <br />in the 1995-1996 reporting period. The map identifies each area affected by the operation during <br />the reporting period. The map legend indicates the type of operation, the azeas included, and the <br />total acreage for each type of operation. <br />There aze 75.1 acres of major disturbance: <br />!
