This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation, and it HAS
NOT operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for
this operation is $5,000.00; the permitted area in Morgan County;
covers 6.00 ac. ± and the pit is not phased. As required in Rule 1.6
the MINE PERMIT SIGN is at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has
been outlined with a fence to delineate the Permit Boundary.
The annual report requirements in the MLRB Rules and Regulations,
and the annual review letter are addressed in the following report.
Please refer to the 2004 ANNUAL REPORT MAP for areas discussed in this
report.
(1) Mining on this 111 permit ended in December 2003.
(2) All sloping, resoiling, shaping and seeding was completed the
spring of 2004 (green). We are continuing to monitor reclama-
tion.
(3) No new area will be disturbed next year. Mining is complete.
(4) Monitoring of the seeded area will continue this year and if
needed additional work will take place.

The effective date of all information contained herein is Septem-
ber 26, 2006. The Annual fee of $438 was mailed on 10/9/06. The
