Cattany <br />Division DirecTOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Third quarter 2006 Waste Pile inspection report was received by the inspector in the field on May 8, 2007. The <br />inspection of both piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on September 30, 2006. <br />No additional material was added to either pile during third quarter 2006. The mine is in temporary cessation. <br />No additional maintenance items were identified for either pile. The report agrees with the inspector's <br />observations on the mine site. <br />Please forward waste pile inspection reports to the Division within two weeks of the inspection in accordance <br />with Rule 4.09.1(11).
