Mountain Coal
Company's (MCC) contractor, Envirocon, Inc., also re-evaluated the stability of the pile
considering that the F-seam was mined beneath the site since the original design was approved
and utilizing current slope stability monitoring data.
MCC plans to formally submit these designs as a minor revision next month and appreciates your
offer to begin your review of relevant portions now.
Please contact me should you have questions.
Sincerely,
~~~~~
Kathleen G.
