The
Division has reviewed the report for compliance with Rule 2.04.13. Slurco included the required
information with the exception of that pertaining to Rule 2.04.13(1)(f). This Rule requires
reporting of "Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated azeas."
The mine has been reclaimed and has received Phase I[ Bond Release. On site inspections
confirm that vegetative cover is in good condition and is generally suitable to control erosion.
Slurco's ARR is in agreement with the rill repair and weed control activities observed on site by
DMG during the summer of 1996.
Please call should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
C
anet H. inn ~ "J'
Enviro ental Prat tion Specialist
c:\jhb\C81026\ 1996ARR
