Location and number of acres affected - 11.1 Acres were <br />affected during 1987. <br />2. Location and number of acres reclaimed from January 1987 <br />through 1988 - 7.6 Acres were reclaimed during 1987. <br />3. The location and number of acres in various stages of <br />reclamation - See map provided. <br />4. The species of vegetation planted, the location and <br />approximate dates of planting - Crested wheatgrass, clover, <br />fescue were planted May 11, 1987. <br />5. The type and approximate quantity of fertilizers, organic <br />materials, or soil conditions used and location of use- <br />Manure was used as a soil amendment during planting. <br />6. An appraisal of the success of reclamation efforts, and in <br />the event of failure of any efforts, a short narrative or~~ <br />i the suspected or determined causes of such failure - The <br />area revegetated did very well in re-establishing itself' <br />over the summer^. <br />' 7. Estimates of the location and number of acres to be affected <br />in the coming year - An area of shoreline is scheduled for•• <br />reclamation during 1988. The area is noted on the map and <br />' comprises approximately 5.8 acres. 2.0 acres, more or less, <br />are also anticipated to be mined during 1988. <br />8.
