Box 774428
Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477
Attention: Mr. Mike Kondelis
Subject: Quarterly Inspection
Excess Spoil Disposal Area II
Eckman Park Facility
Job No. 97686
Gentlemen:
As you requested, we inspected Excess Spoil Disposal Area II on October
18, 1983. The purpose of our inspection was to look for evidence of
slope instability and to determine if the spoil had been placed in
general conformance with the design.
At the time of our inspection, no excess spoil was being placed on Spoil
Area II. No spoil had been placed since our last inspection in August
1983. Topsoil had been placed on all outslopes and the top of the
facility. The outslopes for this facility appeared stable during our
inspection. New vegetation was beginning to grow on some of the
outslopes.
The results of our inspections to date indicate that Excess Spoil
Disposal Area II is being constructed in general conformance with the
design and is performing satisfactorily.
Please call if we can be of further service in discussing the contents
of this letter or our observations. - -
Very truly yours,
CTL/THOMPSON, INC.
\\
Ronald M.
