M. <br />Fremont Counry, Colorado <br />Comments: The coal processing waste bank was visually inspected and found to be in general <br />compliance with the CMLRD approved Reconstruction Plan for the Coal Processing Waste Bank. <br />The planed azeas of the waste bank e.~dtibit good plant growth.
