Dear Sirs,
This is the 2000-2001 report for Fountain Colony Pit located in Fountain Colorado, and referenced as
permit# M-1987-171.
No condition change has taken place at the Fountain Pit in the past year. The propose direction of
disturbance has been re-evaluated since our last review. We will now be starting the operations at the
South end of the site, as illustrated on the attached map. Planned operation start is for June 2001, with
topsoil stripping and mining operations as outlined on the attached map.
