Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the locations of areas discussed <br /> in this report. <br /> We will deal of <br /> with each of the Annual Report questions as outlined <br /> in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> 2.41 <br /> (1) Mining was completed in 1982-83. <br /> (2) In 1987 we were informed by Adams County that a Certificate of Designation <br /> was not necessary to fill the pit with construction materials, so backfilling <br /> began. We have been filling the pit with clean fill consisting of concrete; <br /> with no rebar exposed, old asphalt and dirt. Reclamation has been successful <br /> in regards with the backfilling. We have filled approximately 2.94 acre + <br /> of the lake and expect to be finished filling the lake area in the next 12 <br /> to 18 months. <br /> (3) No additional lands will be disturbed. <br /> (4) We will continue to backfill the lake. Mr. Bromley the landowner has <br /> indicated that he may wish to fill the area to the same elevation as the <br /> railroad tracks and we will continue if he so wishes. <br /> The effective date of all information contained herein is October 10, 1989. <br /> Enclosed is the a check for $350 to cover the Annual fee.
