This pit HAS NOT been <br /> granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br /> days this year. Please refer to the map attached for the: areas <br /> discussed in this report. We have produced a reduced scale map <br /> this year to make review of this report easier. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> questions as required in Rule 1 . 15 of the Rules and Regulations <br /> and the Annual Notice Letter. <br /> ( 1 ) No new area was disturbed this year, mining continued in <br /> LAKE ROBERT, the lake area east of the Lowline Ditch. All <br /> water surface areas are colored blue on the map. The plant <br /> site remains at 8 .71 acres ± . There are three temporary <br /> sand stockpiles, two in LAKE ROBERT and one in LAKE MARJORIE <br /> these piles are still being used. We mined deeper in LAKE <br /> ROBERT this year and removed materials stockpiled in past <br /> years that were located within the Plant Site area. The <br /> following is the status of the area, in acres, disturbed in <br /> each lake area: <br /> DISTURBANCE'. LAKE MARJORIE: .
