CO 80203
Dear Sirs:
' ~'}'~
E~onMobil
October 23, 2006
Section 112 Annual Report & Fee
Permit M=19$6=0
Enclosed are the Section 112 annual fee payment in the amount of $550.00 and
two copies of our annual report for the Colony Shale Oil Project.
Rule 1.15(1)(a) requires an updated statement regarding the sufficiency of the
value of the Financial Warranty. We believe that the Financial Warranty for the
subject permit is sufficient.
We have not attached a map this year as there have been no changes from the
prior year. One exception is a small one acre disturbance (see attached sketch)
along the southern Middle Fork access road inside the Colony gate caused by
third party natural gas pipeline construction. This disturbance has not been
included in the annual report as a newly disturbed area since it was caused by
third parties, the pipeline activity was not under the MLRB permit, and it will be
reclaimed by the third party. However, if the DRMS decides that this impact
should be reported under this annual report, please let me know and we will
update the map and chart accordingly.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (281) 654-6183.
Sincerely,
j~i~
Ronald M.
