Spring runoff in 1979 was more than adequate to refill Stage 1 with <br />material, so it was not necessary to move into Stages 2 and 3 (please refer to <br />map C-2 in the original application). <br />We plan to mine the same acreage as last year. <br />No reclamation is called for in Stages 1 and 2 until after the first runoff <br />following the last mining season. It is impossible at this time to estimate when <br />that will be as we will continue to mine as long as the demand for sand and gravel <br />exists and/or the river fails to refill the excavated area. <br />Attached is a check for~50.00~o cover the annual fee.
