The only activity at both <br />sites has been routine maintenance and up keep. [•le <br />do not expect any other activity during the next year. <br />No reclamation leas been undertaken during the past year. <br />Enclosed you will find a check for $100.00 to cover <br />both permit annual fees. <br />In a related matter Federal Resources wishes to <br />transfer these two~~permits to the owner of the property, <br />Bachelor Silver Mines-Carl Dismant. Federal Resources <br />has returned these two leased properties to the owner. <br />The owner has requested a transfer of the permits as <br />he plans to continue mining operations. Pir. Dismant <br />has reviewed the permits and has agreed to provide <br />bonding as the permit requires.
