General Comments The October date in Table I for well 009-79-4 is represented as 10/26/95. Should this date read 10/26/94? Response: The referenced date should indeed read 10/26/94. Revised copies of Table 1 are enclosed with this correction made. Please replace previously submitted copies with the enclosed copies. 2. No elevation information is shorn+•n on Figure 2 for well FBR-l 1B. Response: No monitoring of well FBR-1 I B vas required during the 1995 water year. TCC will revise Figure 2 to provide this information in firture AHR's. It is TCC's intent to utilize Permit No. C-82- 056 Map No. 13A as Figure 2 for future AHR's. Since this document is approved under the permit, revisions to this Map must presumably by handled by a formal revision process. TCC is considering an unrelated permitting action which would also involve revisions to Map 13A; our preference would be to roll the elevation designation clmange into the map at the same time. 3. Figure 85 y-axis is labeled incorrectly as (cfs). Response: Revised copies of Figure 8~ are enclosed which show the y-axis labeled with (unmhos/corn).
