Marc62007 Hayden Guleh'Permi~al,Iac.*Hayden Gulch Mine-2000AnnualReclamation Refiotf lPage2 <br />2.0 ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />2.1 COLORADO MINE LAND RECLAMATION BOARD RULE 2.04.13 <br />In accordance with the requirements of Rule 2.04.13, HGTI is presenting the information below to <br />satisfy Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) through 2.04.13(1)(f). <br />(a) The name and address of the permittee and permit number: <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. <br />701 Market Street, Suite 700 <br />St. Louis, MO 63101-1826 <br />Permit No. C-92-081 <br />(b) Location and number of acres disturbed during that year: <br />There were zero (0.0) acres of disturbance at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2006. <br />(c) Location and number of acres bac>~lled and graded during that year: <br />There were zero (0.0) acres backfilled and graded at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during <br />2006. <br />(d) Location and number ofacres topsoiled during that year: <br />There were zero (0.0) acres topsoiled at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during 2006. <br />(e) The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, itacluding <br />any augmented seeding or cultural practices: <br />There were zero (0.0) acres of vegetation planted at the Hayden Gulch Loadout during <br />2006. <br />(f) Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas: <br />The two water pipeline corridors, which represent approximately 1.4 acres, have been <br />backfilled, graded and seeded with a permanent seed mixture. The two corridors are <br />shown on Figure 1, Disturbed Lands. The work was completed by H-G Coal Company, <br />the previous owner/operator/permittee, in conjunction with the facllity construction (circa <br />1979/1980). <br />HGTI assumes that Seed Mix No. 2 (improved pasture mix - subirrigated/irrigated) was <br />used for the corridor section found in Section 10, T6N, R88W. The pipeline corridor <br />found in Sections 14 and 15, T6N, R88W was most likely seeded with Seed Mix No. 1 <br />(dryland pasture mix), However, HGTI has been unable to locate any information that <br />documents what mixture was used to revegetate the two corridors. <br />Hydro-Environmental Solutions, Inc. <br />P.O.
