Quarry <br />To whom it may concern: <br />FEB 181938 <br />MINED LAI`1i~ <br />RECLAMATION DIVISION <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is <br />February 15, 1988. The annual report and map (photo) will be for <br />the period February 15, 1987, to February 12, 1988, or one year. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the annual report <br />questions, as outlined in Section 2.41 of the rules and <br />regulations. <br />2.41 <br />(].) No new lands have been affected. Mining has <br />continued on lairds described in the previous annual <br />reports +/- 100 acres. <br />(7.) Mo lands have undergone complete reclamation. <br />(3) Extraction of rock within the quarry has reached <br />final grade on a small section of the final <br />hiyltwail.. This small section is 80' in height with <br />a base width of +/- 200'. The face ha:i bE:en Iaid <br />back and soiled as we brought the: fare down, and is <br />ready for seeding this upcoming spring. <br />(4) Last year (April 87), as in previous years, we <br />planted some F/- 520 bare-root stock, trees, and <br />shrubs on various interim embankments around the <br />plant site. The specific species and numb_rs <br />planted are as follows: <br />1. 100 - Caragana <br />2. 100 - Chokecherry /~ <br />3. 100 - Sand Cherry I 1 / <br />4. 100 - Honeylocust ~ \J(/ <br />5. 100 - Russian Olive r~ <br />6. 10 - Potted Ponderosa Pines <br />7. 10 - Potted Pinion Pines <br />"MPM and Safety/A Great Mix" <br />~1~ <br />~~ P~ <br />,~.~ ~ <br />
