Logan County, Operator, files this Notice of Intent to Continue Sand & Gravel
Operations at the Schumacher Gravel Pit, M-95-063.
According to the revision of November, 1988, an updated map is included as:
1. It shows land affected in 2000, approximately 20,532 yards were mined.
2. Fees collected were$6,570.24.
3. Mining activity is anticipated in 2001 toward the North and East.
4. Reclamation will occur on an on-going basis. The East side has a large amount
of topsoil stockpiled.
The S281.00 fee was included in a check for$1,967.00 written for(7) pits.
