PERMIT NO.: 83-50 <br />.JUN Fi 1990 <br />MINED LAIvU '' <br />RECLAMATION nt1/I ,InR1 ~! <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section 3.4 of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, we <br />are submitting the following information on our permitted area known as the <br />State Land - Jensen Pit. <br />There has been no excavation in this area during the past year. There <br />is a small stockpile of gravel in the area and we do plan on using the pit <br />again when there are maintenance or construction projects in the area. <br />We are not certain at this time when work might start again in the <br />affected area. Total time of any future operations will probably be less <br />than 180 days per year. <br />,~~. <br />
