It is pointed <br />out within the report that the monitoring be done on an annual basis <br />rather than a quarterly basis. <br />At this time, Empire Energy would like to request a technical revision <br />to the above permit to reduce the monitoring frequency of the points <br />shown on the attached drawing, number EEC-83004'-C, to an annual basis. <br />It is anticipated that the annual monitoring would be done during the <br />summer or fall months when it is much easier to access the points. <br />I will look forward to hearing from you on this request. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard A.
