Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and <br />Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado. <br />The Lariat Mine is located in Jefferson County Colorado. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Clay mining and overburden removal operations continue in accordance with the mine <br />plan. The permitted acreage is 287.62 acres. Current disturbance is approximately 14.6 <br />acres including the main road. No additional acres were disturbed this period. No <br />additional acres were reclaimed during this reporting period. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />Mining operations in 2004-2005 will disturb no additional acres. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
