Wait for MERT captain to size-up and access extent of problem and provide you <br />with ~.vhat action to take. <br />4. As response gets underway stay in regular communication with Mert captain, <br />passing on any further information that you receive to assist. <br />MILL BUILDING NOKES STORAGE TANK/NOKES TRELLIS H2S HIGH ALARM <br />1. Proceed immediately with a GENERAL EVACUATION <br />NOKES STORAGE TANK VENT LOW FLOW ALARM <br />1. MERT team call out or evacuation is not necessary <br />2. Notiry reagent supervisor <br />3. Demand update on status of situation before end of your shift. Log status in your <br />shift report. <br />4. Be especially aware of the potential of pokes storage tank H2S alarm when vent <br />fan low flow alarm has been activated. <br />NOKES BUILDING HZS MONITOR MALFUNCTION ALARM <br />1. MERT team tail out or evacuation is not necessary <br />2. Notify reagent supervisor <br />3. Notify an operations supervisor <br />4. Notify mill maintenance and the mill superintendent <br />• 3. Demand update on status of situation before end of your shift. Log status in your <br />shift report. <br />4. Employees should not enter the pokes building until the situation has been <br />assessed and cleared. <br />
