Follow the decision of the person reporting the injury-do they ~,vantto summon <br />outside medical responders immediately, or can firsaid handle the situation <br />wait until a trained medical responder can size-up the injury and provide <br />Guidance. <br />4. Available First Responder or EY1T trained personnel are instru~:ted to call you. <br />When they do, communicate to them the details or the emerce~ncy. The alarm <br />. will have the MERT Captain calling in also. Your job is to assist with the <br />coordination of all of these responders, by communicatinc, ne~rr information as <br />it Comes in. <br />5. In the case of non-Henderson people with non-work related injuries our <br />guideline should be to provide the level of support as raque:sted--if medical <br />assistance is wonted-we will call for outside assistance--than will help out until <br />such assistance arrives. <br /> <br />
