Dear Mr. Koehler:
On March 28, 1994, the Division received the 1992 and 1993 Annual Reclamation Reports for
the Orchard Valley Mine. The reports have been reviewed and accepted. Please be advised that
Rule 2.04.1311) states that Annual Reclamation Reports shall be filed by February 15 each year
or other such date as agreed on. If, in the future, these reports are not received by February 15
of each year, an enforcement action may be pursued.
