Dear Mrs. Smith:
In accordance with Stipulation Nos. 1 and 2. as revised by Technical
Revision No. 1. to sub9ect permit. the "Water Monitoring Report" for
the period 1/94 to 6/94 is submitted herewith.
Operations at Twin Pines No. 2 Mine were stopped Julv 1993. The Mine
was officially closed August 20. 1993. No water was pumped from the

The Final Mine Map was previously submittt?~ NPDES reports are enclosed.
Water level measurements and associated data for the water monitoring
wells for the reporting period are as follows:

There again appears to be no significant impact on the wells from pump-
ing from the mine,
Samples for the water quality analysis of well no. TPW-1 were taken
Mav 25, 1994. The results of the analysis are enclosed. Review of the
analysis and monitoring records for the 7 years the mine was in opera-
tion show no significant change in the parameters of the well due to
mining.
