it
5) Map 28 Topsoil Handling
Response
As requested the map has been modif:ied to include the two
topsoil stockpiles. Three copies of the meip are included
herein for the Division's records.
6) Topsoil Handling
Response
The appropriate narrative has been modified to address the
Division's concerns. Revised pages are attached.
7) Blasting Records
Response
The Division's concerns are noted and the appropriate
modifications to the blasting records have been made. Also
attached is modified page 2.05-34.
8) Excess Spoil Fills
Response
Colowyo's response will follow under separate cover.
9) Stock Ponds
Response
Per page 4.05-8 Colowyo intends to eventually construct small
stock watering ponds onto reclaimed areas. At this time we
have no specific plans for these ponds. Prior to construction
of the ponds, all appropriate designs, maps etc. will be
submitted to the Division for approval.
10) Shrub Selection
Response
Colowyo agrees that shrub selection should be based on
adaptability and success of transplanted spec:Ces. The phrase
"Depending on availability and price" merely reflects the
reality that first, availability of shrubs in i.he market place
determines the resulting price and secondly, the price affects
the selection process such as bare-root stock versus
containerized or potted stock.
5
