Dept. at Natural R:sources
Re: Notice of Intent-Annual Report
Permit No. 82-141
Dear Sirs,
This letter consi:itutes my Notice of Intent to Continue Mining
Operations on my limestone property in Moffat County, Colorado. My
annual fee of $50.00 has previously been sent in to you.
STATEMENT
a) The only lands ai'fected during the previous year were those lands in
the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 15, T6N R95W where three exploratory core holes
were drilled in July, 1983. A few Juniper trees were dozed over to
permit access to the drill sites.
b) The plan outlined on my limited impact application will probably
be implemented during the coming year. The results of the coring and
assaying indicate that. metallurgical grade limestone is present on this
property.
c) The drill holes were filled with cuttings and the sites were raked.
In my opinion, no additional reclamation is needed. The roadway and
the sites will be essentially unnoticable after a few good rains.
Very truly yours,
Charles R. Butler
CRB:jd
