The fee is for the reporting period.October 10, 2003 to October 10, <br />2004. <br />There has not been any activity at this site during the reporting period other than <br />reclamation monitoring. There currently are no .plans to resume operations in the near <br />future. <br />A copy of the letter of credit is attached as per the requirements of 2CCR 407-1, 407-4 <br />and Rules 1.15(1) (a). The letter of credit is for $184,819 which is sufficient for current <br />reclamation requirements. Holnam, Inc. changed its name to "Holcim (US) Inc on <br />December 12, 2001.
