To date, the <br />Division has not received a 1991 Annual Reclamation Report from the <br />Terror Creek Loadout. <br />The items required in the annual reclamation report are listed in <br />the aforementioned rule. If no reclamation has occurred, the <br />permittee must still complete this report with a statement to the <br />effect that no reclamation work has been done within the past year. <br />Also, include in the report all other applicable information <br />required. <br />Please send the 1991 Annual Reclamation Report by March 31, 1992. <br />Call if there are questions. <br /> <br />Christine E. ~o nston <br />Reclamation See ialist <br />
