The Notice of <br />Intent shall contain an annual fee of X50.00 and a map or statement that <br />shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the <br />land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land reclaimed <br />during the preceding year." <br />PERMITTEE: Richard E.
