M-90-138 ' Stirrup Pit 5120.00 <br /> Check #016486 Total $960.00 <br />As to the other pits listed in your correspondence of <br />Sep tember 30, 1991: <br />A) The Fremont Gravel Pit, file #M-84-117, as was stated in <br />a letter dated December 5, 1989 and again in a letter <br />,. dated July 15, 1991, this site is not in use by Fremont <br />County. Fremont County was unable to use the material <br />from the site. This site is located within the area <br />permitted by Domtar Gypsum, permit #M-77-244. In <br />discussion with Mr. Ken Klco, Mine Manager for Domtar <br />Gypsum, the area in which Fremont County's pit was <br />located has already been reclaimed by Domtar Gypsum. <br />Fremont County would certainly appreciate your agency <br />removing this pit from your active files. <br />
