III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />MINREC, INC. <br />RED CANYON MINE <br />2.04.13 1992 Annual Reclamation Report <br />(a) Permittee: <br />Minrec, Inc. <br />2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101 <br />Grand Junction, CO 81506 <br />Permit No. C-81-034 <br />(b) No land was disturbed during 1992. <br />(c) No land was backfilled during 1992. <br />{d) No land was topaoiled during 1992. <br />(e) No land was seeded or cultivated during 1992. <br />(f) The disturbed areas associated with the Red Canyon Mine <br />were reclaimed during 1988. Following is a table which <br />shows the location, number of acres and date of planting <br />for all previously revegetated areas. All seeding was <br />done in the fall of the year. <br />Location Acres Year Seeded <br />Mine Site 23.0 1988 <br />(g) During August 1992 the vegetation at the mine site was <br />sampled for cover. The vegetation report for this work <br />was submitted to the Division to support a technical <br />revision application, TR-10. Revised permit pages 96a <br />thorough 96d demonstrate that the vegetative cover at the <br />mine site is adequate to control erosion. New permit <br />Appendix H, 1992 Vegetation Survey, contains a map which <br />presents the location of the reclaimed areas. <br />
