Welt 3M-TDR provides additional geotechnical information in an area with extensive cavity <br />• mining. <br />5.0 LAND DISTURBANCE AND RECLAMATION <br />5.1 Summary of 2003 Disturbance <br />A total of 0.5 acres was disturbed in 2003 for a new subsidence monitoring well. Table 5-1 <br />lists disturbed acreage at yearend. <br />Figure 5-1 (map) shows disturbed areas, vegetation (trees, brush) and mine site facilities. The <br />expansion of production well field through year 2004 includes a set of horizontal wells for a third <br />cavity (7H) in panel 2 and possibly an additional vertical recovery well on the north end of cavity <br />#1A. <br />5.2 Requlatorv Compliance <br />5.2.1 Requlatorv Activity <br />The Annual Report for 2002 and fee were submitted to Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) <br />prior to anniversary date of January 31, 2003. Three Technical Revisions (TR) were submitted <br />and approved in 2003. Technical revisions included adding subsidence well pad for 2M-TDR, <br />updating the Mine and Monitoring Plan (Section 6 and monitoring), pluging and abandonment of <br />93~H and application to drill well 3M-TDR. Succession of operator revisions S03 and S04 <br />I ~ were submitted to change the name to Natural Soda, Inc. <br />19 <br />
