C-81-047) <br />I have reviewed the report of portal bench stability monitoring results <br />submitted by Blue Ribbon. The bench continues to exhibit minor consolidation, <br />but at a decreasing rate of settlement. The piezometers show insignificant <br />phreatic water table fluctuations. Flow rates have increased slightly during <br />the spring from both the north and south sub drains, but the quantities don't <br />appear detrimental. The middle sub drain continues to be dry.
