Louisiana <br />Denver, Colorado 80022 <br />RE: Holyoke Gun Club Pit <br />File: N77-75 <br />Dear $irs: <br />A review of our records indicate that your company has failed to <br />file the annual fee as required under 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado ;fined <br />Land Reclamation Act. That section of the law requires that: <br />"Except as provided in Section 34-32-103(6)(a)(II), the Operator <br />shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a <br />Notice of Intent to Continue *Sining Operations. The :iotice of <br />Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or <br />statement that shall indicate; (a) the land affected during <br />previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming <br />year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based on our records, the anniversary date of your operation is <br />July 8th and we have not received 77-78, 78-79, 79-80 or 80-81 <br />annual fees, which are due, totalling $ 200.00. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as <br />noon as possible, otherwise we will expect to receive the annual fees as <br />required by the statute within the next thirty (30) days. Please include <br />(if you have not) the required ~dotice of Intent to Continue t~tining <br />Operations to bring the Division up to date as to the progress of mining <br />and reclamation on the site.
