Dear Ms. Chiappone:
Please find enclosed a site map and the signed annual report form for the September 20, 2004
Bucklen Equipment .Company Annual Report. A check for $688 is also enclosed to cover the
annual report fee.
This annual report covers the time period from September 21, 2003 to September 20, 2004.
Mining activities during the last year have been confined to a small area on the eastern side of
the pit (see attached map). Previous mining activities have included the northern portions of the
pit, which includes a dewatering trench around the perimeter of the excavation. Mining activities
during the upcoming year will continue to be iri the eastern and northern sections of the pit.
Reclamation .activities have begun. Backfilling and sloping of the eastern pit boundary is in
progress (see attached map). As the final configuration of the pit lake is reached, the banks will
continue to be rough graded to achieve appropriate slopes.
