This inspection eras made on February 16, 1032. <br />Our' inspection eras made to fniniliai•ize unrsr.lvra rriCir Lhe opnraCion and <br />a derailed inspection of the cast rlu,np area for placra~~~nt of the pit <br />overburden. l•le have informr_d halt ~.yres, the I1ine Supel•intcndent, Clret <br />the area directly east of the existing horseshoe dump area is acceptable <br />for placement of overburden. The topsoil has been removed and placed in <br />the topsoil storage area. The subgrade is very adequate for placement <br />of the overburden with no visual waterways or sources in the area. The <br />remaining area trill be staked on February 23rd 'for removal of the top- <br />soil as detcriained by the mine superintendent to minimize wind and water <br />erosion and to fit production schedules. <br />The overburden soil to be placed in the cast dump area is very suitable <br />as fill inatorial in thn_ construction of the Herr contour layout. The <br />existing procr_d(n•c of the overbur•dcn plan;e~ncnt as obscr•ved is adequate <br />to meet optimum land form construction techniques. <br />As mentioned, ere trill periodically inspr.ct this work in the construction <br />of the east dump and submit rrritCen reports for each inspection. <br />I ~!~ <br />IJoI'~n' lrl L.
