With regard to the <br />report year ending December 31, 2005, please be advised that there have been no disturbances to <br />this site nor are there any disturbances anticipated in the upcoming year. <br />A frnal notice was issued by the Division on January 2, 2007 indicating that neither the fees nor <br />report had been received by the Division for the yeaz ending December 31, 2006; however Check <br />No, in the amount of $688.00 was mailed to the Division on December 20, 2006. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the cover letter and the check for that payment, together with a copy of the <br />signed return receipt indicating that these items were received by the Division.
