Please find attached maps for the above mentioned permit. 1. No acres were mined or affected during this year...however, this should not be considered as a stopage of mining in this pit. It is only a recess in mining activity due to slow business conditions. 2. There were no acres reclaimed during the mining year. 3. Revegetation of approximately six acres the rechanneled bank of Tomichi Creek occured in the spring of 1988. A mixture of 5.5 lbs of Smooth Brome seed, .5 lbs of Timothy and 1.0 lbs of Orchard seed were blended for a total of seven pounds per acre. This mixture was spread of approximately six acres on both sides of the creek bank and raked into the soil. 4. (See paragraph 3. plus map.) 5. Cattle manure was used as the fertilizer. 6. It is somewhat early to give a real evaluation to the success of this reclamation seeding. There are some areas of good growth and other areas of no growth. Since cattle graze on this land some areas were trampled. Some reseeding will need to be accomplished. We are also waiting to go thru the first winter. 7. PIe estimate that one acre or less will be disturbed in the coming year, with mining in Phase One. 8. This information is effective as of October 4, 1988, Please fin~d~a check ..eery // George R.
