o`~ <br />parameter data wllection was not initiated until April at site 1002 due to access constraints and a "make up" <br />monitoring instance was not completed in order to provide the required 12 instances. Required monitoring <br />at site 302 included montlily flow, field parameter, and water quality sampling during the irrigation season <br />June through September. Site visitation requirements were met at site 302. <br />Tables 23 through 27 provide summaries of the 1995 Water Year data collected at Fish Creek surface flow <br />sites. Tables 23a through 27a provide period of record statistical summaries of collected data at each site. <br />Figures 50 through 69 provide graphical representations of water levels and selected water quality parameters <br />recorded at each site. Again, flow patterns were exhibited at these sites with spring runoff periods <br />accounting for the peak flows observed. Runoff magnitudes were well above average during 1995 based <br />upon comparison with previous years data and peak flow estimates are in some instances derived from the <br />extreme high end of the rating curves developed for each site. This values represent best estimates but are <br />unsubstantiated with measured data. At all sites, the inverse relationship between flow and field conducfivity <br />was evident. <br />Water quality parameter values noted to occur outside of previously established ranges include the following. <br />A new maximum SAR value at site 16 was identified in September; new maximum total recoverable iron <br />and orthophosphorus values were recorded at site 302 in June; and new total alkalinity and bicarbonate <br />values were recorded at site 27A in June. <br />• Trout Creek: Three surface flow monitoring sites on Trout Creek are utilized. Site 301 is located on Trout <br />Creek above the confluence with Middle Creek; site 69 is located on Trout Creek below the confluence; and <br />site 1005, established in 1994, is located downstream of confluence of Fish Creek and Trout Creek. <br />Required monitoring for these sites included monthly flow, field parameter, and water quality sampling <br />during the irrigation season June through September. Site visitation and water quality sampling requirements <br />were met at these sites during 1995. <br />~- <br />Tables 28 through 30 provide summaries of the 1995 Water Year data collected at Trout Creek surface flow <br />site. Tables 28a and 29a provide period of record statistical summaries of collected data at sites 301 and <br />69 respectively. Figures 70 through 79 provide graphical representations of water levels and selected water <br />quality parameters recorded at each site. For the most part, typical patterns were observed although flow <br />magnitudes were higher than those experienced over the past few years. Again, peak flow estimates were <br />derived from extrapolated flow curves in some instances. <br />Identified water quality variances include oNy elevated total recoverable mercury and total recoverable iron <br />levels recorded in July at site 301 both followed by a return to normal values. <br />Four additional surface water sites required monitoring under the TCC program in 1994. Foidel Creek sites <br />• 14 and 304, and Fish Creek sites 307 and 305. Monthly water levels were to be obtained from March/early <br />April through September.
