The annual fee (this is NOT a renewal-3`eeT, report, and map are for the previous years mining season, and are due and payable unless your reclamation bond is released in its entirety before your anniversary date. Fees are based upon a schedule of E350 if your operation is an open miring operation and E275 for any other operation. Division records indicate you owe 5350.00.
