PERMIT NO.: 78-102 <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section 3.4 of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, we <br />are submitting the following information on our permitted area known as the <br />Shipps Pit. <br />During the past year we excavated and screened material from the pit. <br />There are several small stockpiles in the area. We did only routine cleanup <br />and no major reclamation after the excavation and screening. <br />At the present time we are not sure when the next operation will <br />commence. Total time of operation in the affected area will probably be <br />less than 180 days. <br />~~ <br />
