A new approach to the South was started. <br />Three entries are being driven to attempt to avoid the split seam encount- <br />ered in development of the originally planned mains. Very little water <br />has been encountered in the new entries to date. Water pumped from the <br />mine has been reduced considerably. <br />Discharge from the mine is being monitored in accordance with the require- <br />ments of Stipulation Nos. 1 an 2 and the NPDES permit.
