SHELTON, Director
September 9, 1987
Mr. Jim Lunan
Peabody Coal Company
1300 South Yale
Flagstaff, Arizona 86001
Re: Stipulation 4, Seneca II - File No. C-80-005
Dear Mr: Lunan:
The Division has received your correspondence of September 2, 1987. This
correspondence contained bimonthly inspection reports of the Wolf Creek
underdrain, as it was being constructed. The inspections, which were
performed by a qualified registered engineer, were done to ensure that the
underdrain was constructed in accordance with the approved design.
As the underdrain has been competed, and the appropriate inspections were
conducted and documented, the requirements of Stipulation 4 have been met.
Therefore, it is considered to have been resolved, and is no longer a
condition of the approved permit.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact me:
Sincerely, / .~~
~~ % Imo- /~=~
Steven G.
