Comments
derived during the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) reviews are listed as items
following. None require an additional response by Colowyo with regard to these reports.
Item 1. Of the 120 acres reported as disturbed during 2003, 9.5 acres are re-disturbance of all or
portions of seeded areas 16004, 16005, 16006, 16007, and 16008. Thus new disturbance during
2003 was 110.5 acres. Seeded areas aze classified as disturbed areas until Phase [II bond release
[see Rule 1.04(36)].
Item 2. The seed mix table is a valuable addition to the report, and the Division encourages
continued communication of information in this format.
Item 3. In future reports, please continue to provide seed mix and seeding rates along with seed
tags. The amount of seed applied during a yeaz is important.
Item4.
