<br />EXCAVATION AND DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
<br />PRIOR TO ENTRY: '
<br />1. The limits of the permit oreo shall be clearly, marked.
<br />2. Signing sfiall be erected to warn the public of hauling
<br />activities.
<br />DURING EXCAVATION:
<br />1. Carefully strip, stockpile, and seed all available topsoil
<br />for use in pit rehabilitation.
<br />2. Excavate and shape pit as shown on the drawings and
<br />staked in the field. Final pit slopes shall not exceed 3:1.
<br />3. No equipment shall be operated outside the established
<br />permit oreo limits.
<br />4. Excavation shall proceed in a manner that ,promotes
<br />continuation of existing ground surface drainage patterns.
<br />5. Mining will begin on the north slope of the existing pit
<br />excavation and expand in a southerly direction.
<br />6. Existing one lane access road will be utilized, approx.
<br />300 feet long and 9-10 feet wide. No new roods will
<br />be required.
