This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary
Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The
Financial Warranty for this operation is $111,500.00, the permit-
ted area is 1,239.40 ac. and the pit is divided into 9 Reclama-
tion Phases.
The area was annexed into the Town of Milliken this year so
local government approval is complete. Please refer to the
annual report map attached for the location of the areas dis-
cussed in this permit. We have chose to use an excerpt from the
Mining Plan Map showing just the disturbed area. We will deal
specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements outlined
in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and the annual notice
letter.
(1) Mining started this year on a 0.67 acres ± area on the
sauthern end of the SharY.eys Lake area (blue). The material
from this excavated area was used to design the processing
plant that will be built on the site. No material was
processed nor are there product stockpiles on the site at
this time. The topsoil and waste rock was stored south of
the excavated area (brown). The waste rock will be repro-
cessed once the plant is installed. The topsoil will be
saved and used for reclamation.
(2) No reclamation was required this year.
(3) Once we have a processing plant installed mining will begin.
(4) There are no reclamation activities that need analysis.
